Roland holds a BA in Mathematics and an MA in Psychology. In addition he is a trained systemic therapist and has been working with families and couples for many years. Based on his own career as a Volleyball professional he was also working as a sports psychologist with numerous Olympic athletes. After selling his own company in the field of Business consulting he was running the Organizational and Personal Development business of Right Management in Germany. In Right Norway Roland is now leading and delivering international leadership development projects. Besides that his preferred areas of engagement are coaching, team development and individual assessment.
